Business Developer – Strategy & Growth in the Nordics

Your role
As a Business Developer at On Tower Sweden (Cellnex’s operational company), you will support identification, analysing, and developing new business opportunities in Sweden and Denmark. The focus is on long-term growth, where you contribute with business analysis, market insights, and well-structured decision support to guide Cellnex’s strategic direction in the Nordics.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, strategy, product, and operations, as well as engage in dialogue with external partners, operators, and other industry stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:

Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the Nordic telecom and infrastructure landscape

Supporting the development of new business models, partnerships, and value propositions

Building financial models and business cases to assess growth initiatives

Preparing high-quality presentations and recommendations for the Nordic leadership team and Board of Directors

Supporting follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking of strategic initiatives

Engaging in dialogue with external stakeholders such as operators, partners, and public entities
This is not a sales or operational role, but a position for someone who wants to understand where the business should go — and help shape how it gets there.
Who are you?
You are analytical and business-minded professional with several years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting or commercial analysis and enjoy acting as a bridge between analysis, business, and decision-making. You are comfortable working with numbers, structured in your approach, and able to break down complex topics into clear conclusions and recommendations.
We believe you bring:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, consulting or commercial analysis

An academic degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical capabilities and a solid business mindset

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in market, competitive, and profitability analysis

Experience in building business cases and decision material for senior management

The ability to work cross-functionally in structured and collaborative way

Exposure to an international or matrix organization (preferred)

Experience in telecom, technology, or infrastructure (preferred)

Fluency in Swedish or Danish, and a high level of proficiency in English
